This 12,80,000 sqft premium residential complex is designed on a strategically located 9.75 acre land in Aero City, Durgapur. The project contains 10 upper MIG towers of G+13 and 4 lower MIG towers of G+12, consisting of total 1424 dwelling units and one club building. The project is designed to have ample open spaces after allocating all amenities and facilities and despite consuming maximum possible FAR for developer’s profit maximisation.
