Residential Building at Madhyamgram 
July 2016 - February 2018

This 2 storied residential building with 2200 sqft floor area was designed for a local businessman for his joint family. Keeping in mind the large family’s requirement sufficient number of rooms as per the preferences of the family members were designed following both climate and traditional building norms.
Large openings at southern facade were provided to maximise natural airflow while weather board and small windows were used to guard the western facade to cut down heat.
