IT Park at Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar

The office buildings were designed as a part of a competition design for IT Park in Bhubaneswar. The buildings were designed around a central courtyard with common facilities keeping in mind the requirement of huge number of floating population. Flexibility of the module sizes were the prime aspect in the design to provide for varying types of buyers and tenants.
The elevation was designed in contemporary style with large glass facade matching the nature of business and for unobstructed view of the beutiful surrounding.
